What type of helicopters does Maverick fly?
Maverick flies the ECO-Star EC-130 helicopters exclusively at its Las Vegas location. The ECO-Star is the most modern helicopter flown in Las Vegas and offers the highest level of safety in the industry. The helicopters are equipped with seven seats plus the pilot. The seating arrangement is determined by the pilot based on the passengers' weights.

What do I need to bring?
Guests over 16 must bring valid photo identification on their flight. Cameras and video cameras are recommended, as well as sunglasses and sunscreen based on the flight type and the time of year. Comfortable clothing and shoes are highly recommended.

Where and when will I be picked up at my hotel?
In Las Vegas, guests will be assigned a pick-up time and location at the time of booking. Guests will be transferred via Maverick Helicopters transportation. Transportation is not offered at the Sedona and Grand Canyon locations.

What should I expect on my helicopter excursion?

Guests will be treated to the plush interior of the ECO-Star helicopters, as well as personal narration by our highly qualified pilots. The helicopters are equipped with seven leather passenger seats plus the pilot. The seating arrangement is determined by the pilot based on the passengers' weights. Maverick's VIP check-in lounge is located on the Las Vegas Strip and is only minutes away from the hotels.

How can I best capture all of the highlights of my helicopter adventure?
Maverick Helicopters offers a personalized, multi-camera DVD recording of the flight. Our helicopters are equipped with an interior and exterior camera, as well as an audio system which captures the pilot narration and guest interaction during the flight. This video keepsake is a great way to share your experience with friends and relive your excursion for years to come. Digital photographs are also taken prior to departure and are available in a custom plaque. Photo and DVD packages are available only on the same day of your trip and can be purchased before or after your flight.

Excursions require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; no shows at the time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. All times are approximate. Maverick reserves the right to combine different length flights. Group terms may vary based on the booking time and the number of guests. The maximum weight limit per person is 300 pounds while the total weight of the aircraft may not exceed 1,250 pounds (seven passengers). Guests over the weight limit will be required to purchase two seats.
