HELI-HORSEBACK RIDING : PRIVATE EXPERIENCE

Meet your helicopter pilot at your departure location and set off on the ultimate Catalina Island adventure. As you lift off, enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the Pacific Ocean while keeping watch for dolphins, whales, and sea lions often seen along the coastline.

Upon arrival at Avalon’s private heliport, you’ll be transferred to Rancho Catalina, home of Catalina Island Horseback Adventures. There, you’ll meet your private guide and be introduced to your horse for the experience ahead.

After a brief safety orientation and saddle fitting, your private guided ride begins, climbing scenic trails overlooking Avalon Canyon and the stunning Catalina coastline. Along the way, enjoy sweeping ocean views and encounter the unique wildlife and native plants found only on Catalina Island.

Following approximately two hours on horseback, you’ll return to the ranch to relax and enjoy lunch before your return transfer to the heliport for your scenic flight home — completing a truly unforgettable Catalina Island experience.
