Check-in Time

Passengers must check in no later than 45 minutes before the departure time; failure to comply may result in flight cancellation without reimbursement. No-shows at the time of departure will not be entitled to a refund. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests 18 or older at check-in.

Flight Schedule

Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. All times are approximate, and Maverick Helicopters reserves the right to cancel or combine flights of different lengths.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations are not permitted within 72 hours of departure. No-shows will be charged in full, and no refunds will be given.

Weight Limit

The maximum weight limit is 300 pounds / 136 kilos / 21 stone per person; guests exceeding the limit must purchase an additional seat. Guests must provide approximate body weights at the time of booking; all passengers will be weighed upon arrival. Guests with inaccurately stated weights may be delayed or canceled with no refund.

Children

Children under two years of age can travel on an adult’s lap with proper identification. Children two years of age or older must purchase a seat.

Seating

Helicopter seating is not guaranteed next to or in the same row as your party and is based on the weight & balance of the aircraft. Helicopter flights are shared and are not private unless arranged in advance.

Ticket Assurance

Ticket Assurance provides passengers with a one-time change based on availability or the ability to cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Ticket Assurance must be purchased at the time of reservation. Ticket Assurance does not apply to no-shows.

Alcohol & Drugs

Per FAA Regulations, passengers who are or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service, and no refund will be issued.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited without prior notification and authorized legal exemption: weapons, ammunition, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, explosives, flammable substances, lithium batteries, and propane.

Force Majeure

Maverick Helicopters assumes no liability for unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues.

Credit Card Disputes

Maverick Helicopters reserves the right to contact all guests to resolve credit card disputes and collect the cost of the product purchased, including no-shows. Maverick Helicopters is not responsible for expenses incurred due to flight delays or cancellations.

By providing payment, you agree to accept all event policies alongside the terms and conditions of Maverick Helicopters.

Upgraded Ticket Assurance

Upgraded Ticket Assurance provides passengers with a one-time change based on availability or the ability to cancel bookings up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure. Upgraded Ticket Assurance must be purchased at the time of reservation. Upgraded Ticket Assurance does not apply to no-shows and is non-refundable.

Service Animals

Passengers may transport service animals weighing less than 25 pounds in the cabin on your lap, in back middle seats only, in a pet carrier not exceeding the following dimensions: L24” x W16” x H18”. All other animals can be transported in a carrier in the baggage compartment. All trained service animals, emotional support animals or pets must comply with this policy.

The baggage allowance per guest is limited to 25 lbs. It is advisable to utilize soft-sided luggage that conforms to the dimensions of standard carry-on baggage (L22" x W9" x H18").

Round-trip pricing applies only to flights on the same event day. In all other cases, pricing will reflect two one-way flights.

Luggage Delivery Service

For an additional $100 per case fee, we will deliver your luggage to/from Thermal Airport. This service accommodates those needing more than the standard luggage allowance and will be facilitated through our trusted ground partner. The Luggage Service Fee must be paid in full when booking. This fee is non-refundable and is in addition to flight charges.

Luggage Service

Luggage service is based on availability; we recommend booking early to ensure your luggage requests are accommodated. All luggage must comply with our safety and security standards. We reserve the right to inspect all items before transport to ensure they meet these criteria.

Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee same-day delivery to Thermal Airport, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, air traffic control, and operational constraints.

- Pick up at Thermal Airport, Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Luggage From the Desert
- Drop off at Thermal Airport, Monday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Pick up at Santa Monica Airport, Monday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
